Gary Mann

Gary’s been riding around socially, and has been doing fun rides for about 15 years. One day he rode past the Aurora Cycle Club weekend start point, and chatted with a few guys there. Gary asked if he could join in on a ride, which he did the following week. He hasn’t looked back since. Cycling is a total release for Gary. He thinks of few other things when he is on the bike, and feels really recharged after a ride. The racing appeals to his competitive side, even when he doesn’t really feature from a race finish perspective. Gary is always trying to do better. It gives him a tangible goal, and besides he quotes, “the gear is cool”.
