Training

We Ride...A Lot

With the number of hours we spend training together, CycleU/Apex Racing feels like a second family. We even have a creepy little brother.

Cycle University gets us indoors on the Computrainers during the dark winter evenings. Aside from the indoor workouts we have three weekly outdoor rides each week during the offseason. On Saturday we head Northeast of Seattle, Sunday is Southeast of Seattle and on Wednesday we do a noon lunch ride in Magnolia thats just under 20 miles and gets your 2000 ft of enjoyable climbing.

On a team of 60+ guys there’s pretty much a daily email circulated with who’s riding where and for how long.

Saturday AM Team Ride

Depending on the time of year this ride will range from endurance pace to race simulations. We even throw in some ice skating from time to time to keep everyone on their toes (right John Alving).
